.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...

Tropical Storm Hanna in the Gulf of Mexico is expected to move west

northwestward toward the Texas Coastal Bend on Saturday. Tropical

Storm Warnings remains in effect for Matagorda Bay and the

southern Gulf waters. A Tropical Storm Watch remains in effect for

Galveston Bay and the northern Gulf waters. Elevated seas and

strong wind gusts are anticipated as this system approaches the

Texas coast and will produce dangerous marine conditions, so

mariners should continue to monitor the forecast closely.
