<span-size:10.5pt;font-family:"Courier New";color:black">The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical

<span-size:10.5pt;font-family:"Courier New";color:black">Depression Joyce, located a few hundred miles south-southwest of the

<span-size:10.5pt;font-family:"Courier New";color:black">Azores.  The NOAA Weather Prediction Center is issuing advisories on

<span-size:10.5pt;font-family:"Courier New";color:black">Tropical Depression Florence, located inland over the Appalachian

<span-size:10.5pt;font-family:"Courier New";color:black">mountains.

<span-size:10.5pt;font-family:"Courier New";color:black"> 

<span-size:10.5pt;font-family:"Courier New";color:black">1. A weak area of low pressure, associated with the remnants of Isaac,

<span-size:10.5pt;font-family:"Courier New";color:black">is located just south of Jamaica.  Showers and thunderstorms

<span-size:10.5pt;font-family:"Courier New";color:black">are currently limited, and any development should be slow to

<span-size:10.5pt;font-family:"Courier New";color:black">occur during the next day or so.  By Wednesday, environmental

<span-size:10.5pt;font-family:"Courier New";color:black">conditions are forecast to become less conducive for re-development

<span-size:10.5pt;font-family:"Courier New";color:black">to occur when the system moves toward the Yucatan Peninsula.

<span-size:10.5pt;font-family:"Courier New";color:black">Regardless of development, locally heavy rains and gusty winds are

<span-size:10.5pt;font-family:"Courier New";color:black">possible over portions of Hispaniola, Jamaica, and eastern Cuba
