.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...
Decreasing onshore winds can be expected today but seas could
remain elevated through this evening.
Conditions for sea fog will
become more favorable tonight and Tuesday and persist until a
storm system and its associated cold front move across the area
late Tuesday or early Wednesday.
Showers and thunderstorms should
accompany this system. Offshore winds will develop behind the
front and persist through the end of the week as high pressure
builds back into the area. Onshore winds will come back to the
area next weekend.
