.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...
With surface high pressure continuing to move off to the east, a
persistent onshore flow will be in store for the SE Texas coast
through the rest of today and through at least midweek.
Conditions will become favorable for the development of sea fog by
Monday as both ample low level moisture and a long southerly
fetch are expected. The next cold front is not forecast to move
into the waters until next weekend, so fog development may be an
issue for a good portion of the week.
