interim guidance for implementing safety practices for critical infrastructure workers who may have had exposure to a person with suspected or confirmed COVID-19. CDC advises that critical infrastructure workers may be
permitted to continue work following potential exposure to COVID-19, provided they remain asymptomatic and additional precautions are implemented to protect them and the community.

joint statement regarding the Defense Production Act on PPE. CBP will detain shipments of the PPE specified in the President’s Memorandum while FEMA determines whether to return the PPE for use within the United States;
to purchase the PPE on behalf of the United States; or, allow it to be exported.

four-prong approach to sourcing PPE and other critical supplies: preservation of current supplies, acceleration of industrial manufacturing, expansion of manufacturing, and appropriate allocation of resources.

best practices on ensuring truck drivers have adequate access to meals, showers, and rest in light of gas stations and restaurants closing.

6.6 million jobless claims last week, bringing the three week total to over 16 million claims. Texas has 313,832 claims last week.
