.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...
Low water levels will linger in the bays this morning, but gradual
recovery is expected thereafter. High pressure over south Texas
will drift eastward into the upper Texas coastal waters today.
Onshore winds. Onshore winds will resume Saturday, with increasing
speeds and building seas expected into early next week.
We will
monitor the potential for possible sea fog development early next
week, but at this time wind speeds appear to be a limiting factor.
