.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...
Sea fog that will be dense at times through late morning. The fog
threat may persist until a storm system and its associated cold
front move across the area Wednesday afternoon.
Showers and
thunderstorms should accompany this system. After the storm system
moves off to the east expect caution flags or advisories Wednesday
night and Thursday for strengthening offshore winds and building
seas. This offshore flow will persist through the end of the week
as high pressure builds back into the area. Onshore winds will
come back over the weekend as the high moves off to the east.
