.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...
Moderate to strong offshore winds will be develop late this
morning and afternoon in the wake of a cold front. Periods of
light to moderate rain will occur over the local waters through
this evening. A tight offshore pressure gradient over the bay and
Gulf waters will maintain strengthened north to northeast winds
through Sunday morning. Light to moderate easterly winds on Sunday
will become onshore early Monday with the inland advancement of a
warm front.
