Coastal Forcast Synopsis For High Island To The Matagorda Ship Channel Out 60 Nautical Miles Including Matagorda And Galveston Bays Synopsis High pressure will build into Texas this afternoon in the wake of a departing cold front. A strong offshore flow will persist for the remainder of the afternoon into this evening. Winds are expected to relax by Saturday morning.
