.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...
Northeasterly flow will be elevated early this morning. Speeds should
diminish during the day today. Winds will gradually veer to the east
and southeast on Wednesday followed by a shift to the northeast and
east after the passage of a cold front. Onshore flow will return to
the area Thursday night and Friday and strengthen over the weekend
Caution flags will likely be needed for the strengthening winds and
building seas, and advisory flags might be needed.

wide with a maximum deep draft of 45 ft FW at MLT, and is navigable day or night with no air draft restrictions. Only TX City Docks with 45’00” maximum deep draft at MLT are TC # 41, & 42
