.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...
Strong thunderstorms will move through the coastal waters early
this morning some may be severe. Strong gusty winds and periods
of heavy rain will be reducing visibility. Southerly flow
redevelops this afternoon and evening. Moderate southerly flow is
still expected to continue for much of the week with periods of
caution flags.
