.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...
Sea fog continues across the bays and nearshore waters through
early afternoon. A developing low pressure system moving through
the state will pull warm and moist air into the area continuing
the fog. A cold front should push through the region from west to
east this afternoon ending the fog threat. Moderate to strong
offshore flow will develop tonight and persist through Thursday
afternoon then restrengthen Friday before relaxing. Easterly flow
develops Sunday.
