enforcement will not start until October 5.

<span-size:9.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:#333333">Applicants for an original MMC and renewal can begin the process with an expired TWIC need to demonstrated they have enrolled for a TWIC. However, original
MMC can not be issued without TSA processing the biometric information taken during the enrollment center visits.

<span-size:9.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:#333333">Mariners holding an MMC with an expiring TWIC do not need to take action.
