.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...
Sea fog overnight is slowly shifting eastward up the coast
overnight. Look for some improvement when heavier rain and
thunderstorms are falling, but with a return to poorer conditions
when rain is less heavy. Potential for sea fog may return tonight
until a colder, drier post-frontal air spreads over the waters Sunday
morning. Elevated offshore winds and waves will be possible
behind the cold front Sunday afternoon into Monday.
