.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...
The moderate to strong offshore flow will decrease through the
morning hours as the upper level low moves to the east and high
pressure begins building over Texas. Offshore flow will continue
through today then become onshore late tonight into tomorrow as the
high pressure moves out into the western Gulf. The next potential
cold front arrives Monday night into Tuesday bringing the
potential return of small craft advisories.
