High pressure moving east has allowed winds to return onshore.
Deepening Plains pressure will strengthen southerlies through mid
week and increase responding sea heights. A cold frontal passage
will pass off the coast Thursday morning. Along with showers and
thunderstorms, this frontal passage will significantly pick up
late week offshore winds and seas.
