- Not many changes to highlight from yesterday's forecast.<span-size:9.5pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">
- Although the system has yet to develop a defined 'center', further organization and strengthening is expected today.<span-size:9.5pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">
- The system is forecast to become a tropical depression later today.<span-size:9.5pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">
- NHC forecast track remains over the Louisiana coast. However, without a defined 'center', confidence in any particular model or run remains low. <span-size:9.5pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">
