.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...
Showers and thunderstorms will continue in the offshore waters of
the Upper Texas Coast this morning and continue through the day.
Generally light to moderate onshore winds will prevail the next
few days. Gusty and erratic winds may form near thunderstorms that
do develop. Shower activity decreases by the end of the weekend
and into next week as high pressure builds into the region.
