.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...
The moderate offshore flow will weaken this morning. Light north
to northeasterly winds can then be expected through Tuesday. An
onshore flow returns on Wednesday. The next storm system and
associated increasing rain chances are expected to push through
the region Wednesday and Thursday and it will bring a return to
offshore winds for the remainder of the work week.
