.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...

SCEC in effect for the nearshore and offshore waters through

this evening due to winds of 15-20 knots and seas of 4-6 feet.

Winds will become east during the day and onshore flow will return

tonight and Monday as high pressure moves off to the east.

Another cold front is currently expected to move off the coast

sometime on Tuesday.
