.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...
Areas of dense sea fog will continue through the mid morning hours
before dissipating. There again remains the possibility of sea
fog developing again tonight but the threat is not as high as last
night. Onshore flow increases Tuesday ahead of an approaching low
pressure system with the winds approaching caution flag criteria
in the offshore waters Tuesday night into Wednesday morning. The
associated cold front will move through the waters late Wednesday
into Thursday morning bringing with it showers and thunderstorms
and a return to offshore flow Thursday night into Friday.

deep draft of 45 ft FW at MLT, and is navigable day or night with no air draft restrictions. Only TX City Docks with 45’00” maximum deep draft at MLT are TC # 41, & 42
