.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...
A cold front should move off the coast during the late afternoon
and evening hours today. Light north and northeast winds will
develop in the wake of the cold front. Onshore flow will return
Sunday night and Monday as high pressure moves off to the east.
Another cold front is currently expected to move off the coast
sometime on Tuesday.
