.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...
A weak cold front will move across the coastal waters this
morning. Winds will become northeast and gradually increase. The
front will return north as a warm front late this afternoon and
winds will become east to southeast. Onshore winds will persist
through Sunday evening. A weak cold front will cross the coastal
waters late Sunday night with a light northeast wind expected on
Monday.
