.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...
High pressure over the eastern U.S. and low pressure over West Texas
will maintain a moderate onshore flow for the next couple of days.
Winds will reach caution criteria at times. Deep tropical moisture
moving across the Gulf waters will maintain shower and thunderstorm
chances throughout the week. Higher winds and seas can be expected
with the stronger storms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...
High pressure over the eastern U.S. and low pressure over West Texas
will maintain a moderate onshore flow for the next couple of days.
Winds will reach caution criteria at times. Deep tropical moisture
moving across the Gulf waters will maintain shower and thunderstorm
chances throughout the week. Higher winds and seas can be expected
with the stronger storms.

deep draft of 45 ft FW at MLT, and is navigable day or night with no air draft restrictions. Only TX City Docks with 45’00” maximum deep draft at MLT are TC # 41, & 42
