.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...
Moderate offshore flow resulting in SCEC condition in the Gulf
waters will continue today due to a low pressure system to the
east and a high pressure system developing over central Texas.
Seas will continue to be around three to six feet through the day
today as well. Winds will decrease tonight as the high pressure
slides out over Southeast Texas. Then expect light winds through
the week with the next potential cold front pushing through next
weekend.
