.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...
Easterly winds will gradually turn to the southeast tonight and
increase in speed. Expect building seas and above normal tide
levels Wednesday into Thursday. Small craft advisories will be
likely. Rainfall should begin overspreading the waters Wednesday
morning with perhaps a few embedded thunderstorms Wednesday night.
Precipitation will taper off Thursday morning with a cold frontal
passage. Winds will return to the east late Friday and to the
southeast early next week.
