.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...
Areas of dense fog will persist until late morning on the
nearshore waters and bays. Light east and southeast winds will
keep the warm and moist airmass in place through Sunday morning,
resulting in periods of sea fog. A cold front arrives Sunday
that will end the fog threat. However, caution flags and
advisories will likely be needed in the wake of the front with the
strong offshore flow Sunday into Monday.
