.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...
Sea fog has returned and visibility is below a mile over the
nearshore waters and adjacent bays. Winds have decreased but
slightly elevated seas will be slow to subside. Southerly winds
will strengthen Tuesday and Wednesday with responding elevated
seas.

Sea fog has returned and visibility is below a mile over the
nearshore waters and adjacent bays. Winds have decreased but
slightly elevated seas will be slow to subside. Southerly winds
will strengthen Tuesday and Wednesday with responding elevated
seas.

deep draft of 45 ft FW at MLT, and is navigable day or night with no air draft restrictions. Only TX City Docks with 45’00” maximum deep draft at MLT are TC # 41, & 42
