MSIB 48-18 Port Condition Whiskey Rescinded

<span-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Segoe UI",sans-serif;color:#777777">The Captain of the Port (COTP) has rescinded the Port Condition Whiskey and will return to normal operations for the ports of Houston, Galveston, Freeport, Texas
City, and portions of the GIWW between MM-319 and MM-441.5. Heavy weather conditions from Tropical Storm Barry activity in the Gulf of Mexico are not expected to greatly impact the area. The port community is advised to continue to monitor the progress of
the storm and make appropriate preparations for any storms that may still affect the area as normal operations continue.
