HSC Maximum Deep Draft
NOAA PORTS readings this morning report less than normal water levels due to cold front pushing bay waters out to the coast. Maximum deep draft vessels may be delayed
transiting HSC. North wind predicted to calm down on Tuesday afternoon and water levels are expected to return to normal levels.

Northerly flow of 10 to 15 knots will continue through sunrise, then
expect lighter offshore flow to begin today that will last through
midweek. Then light onshore flow takes over for the remainder of the
workweek.
Patchy sea fog does become a possibility Thursday night
and into the weekend as dew points rise into the mid 60s. Then, a
cold front may swing through the area towards the end of the weekend
bringing a chance of rain.
