weekly refinery utilization rates for the week ending April 17. The U.S. is at 67.6% refinery utilization, down from 87.3% the week of March 20. The Gulf Coast region is at 73.8% utilization, down from 91.0% the week of
March 20. This statistic has been published since June 2010, and the only lower rates in the Gulf Coast occurred during the three weeks following Hurricane Harvey.
