Your request for a Category I Channel Obstruction for DREDGE PIPELINE OPERATIONS on the Houston Ship Channel between Houston Ship Channel Light 73 and the Bayport Ship Channel Light 3, is APPROVED for Saturday, November 19, 2016 from 0800 to 1300.
Houston Traffic will make an appropriate broadcast to concerned traffic. Please ensure the lead vessel checks in on CH-05A prior to commencing your operation.

This pipeline installation is necessary in order to dredge Bayport Flare Channel.
