Attached are a few briefings we've given different partner groups this morning (one encompassing inland and coastal locations and the other more marine related).

Forecast track has shifted westward overnight<span-family:"Arial",sans-serif">

•Tropical Storm Watches now from San Luis Pass to High Island, TS Warnings from High Island east across Louisiana Coast<span-family:"Arial",sans-serif">

•Tropical Storm Watch includes Chambers, Galveston, Harris and Liberty Counties, Galveston Bay and adjacent coastal waters<span-family:"Arial",sans-serif">

•Expected impacts: locally heavy rain, gusty winds, elevated tides mainly east of track<span-family:"Arial",sans-serif">

•System currently with max winds 40 mph, not expected to intensify much (45 mph)<span-family:"Arial",sans-serif">
