Synopsis For High Island To The Matagorda Ship Channel Out 60
Nautical Miles Including Matagorda And Galveston Bays

Synopsis
A trough of low pressure near the coastal Bend will move east and slowly
become a low pressure system this afternoon... eventually moving into the
Louisiana coastal waters tonight. A cold front will reach the coastal
waters tonight strengthening the offshore winds. High pressure will
dominate the weather through the weekend. Another cold front should move
into the coastal waters Tuesday.

Southeast winds 10 to 15 knots. Bay waters slightly choppy. Rain and fog.
Visibilities diminishing to less than 1 mile. Isolated showers.

Southwest winds around 10 knots becoming northwest after midnight. Bay
waters smooth to slightly choppy. Slight chance of rain.
