Tropical Storm Harvey Update

 

 

 

Please find attached NOAA TS Harvey 2030/27th Aug report.

 

The attached report indicates TS Harvey will be around the Texas East Coast through Thursday. 

 

We do not anticipate the Ports of Freeport, Galveston, Texas City, and Houston – USCG Port Condition ZULU until Thursday or Friday, pending actual damage from the storm.  We will continue to send storm updates
