Synopsis
Moderate to strong offshore flow will continue today as low pressure moves
off to the northeast and high pressure builds into southeast Texas. North
to northeast winds are expected to persist through the upcoming weekend.
The next best chance for rain will come on Friday and Saturday as another
storm system moves across the area.
