.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...

Patchy dense fog will linger along the coast through the early

morning hours before clearing as northerly winds increase later

this morning. These increasing winds will promote building seas

across the offshore waters today with elevated winds and waves

persisting through tonight and Monday before gradually

diminishing. Onshore flow resumes midweek before another cold

front reaches the waters early Friday.
