Strong offshore winds will gradually diminish as high pressure
settles over the mid Mississippi valley. The high will move east
tonight and Tuesday and this will allow winds to veer to the east
on Tuesday and southeast on Wednesday. Sea fog may return as soon
as Tuesday night, becoming more likely Wednesday warm moist air flows
over cooler shelf waters.
