Areas of rain and possible embedded thunderstorms are expected to develop early this morning and slowly shift to the east and southeast through tomorrow morning. Locally heavy rain will be possible, especially where any training of storms sets up, and this could lead to flash flooding. Much of the area remains nearly saturated from recent rainfall, and numerous area rivers remain elevated. Any additional heavy rain during this event will likely runoff quickly and could contribute to rapid rises on area rivers, creeks and bayous.   .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday   A Flash Flood Watch is in effect until Noon Thursday for parts of Southeast Texas.
