.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...

Light onshore winds will continue through Tuesday. Patchy fog will

be possible in the bays this morning but the threat of sea fog is

expected to increase tonight. This foggy pattern could remain in

place over the bays and nearshore waters until the next cold front

comes through late Tuesday or early Wednesday.
