.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...

Moderate onshore winds will develop over the coastal waters  today.

Sea fog could return to the nearshore waters and bays this  evening

and persist through Monday. A cold front is expected to move across

the Gulf waters Tuesday. An increase in winds and  elevated seas is

expected in the wake of the frontal passage. Marine conditions are

expected to improve by Wednesday.
