.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...

Light onshore winds will prevail over the coastal waters today and

tonight. Sea fog over the bays and nearshore waters could lift

briefly late this morning and early afternoon, but is expected to

redevelop this evening. This fog will be finally lifting with the

passage of a cold front early Tuesday morning. Increased offshore

winds and elevated seas are on tap Tuesday in the wake of the

front but should be decreasing by Tuesday night.
