.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...

West to northwest winds early this morning becoming north as high

pressure builds across the region in the wake of a Pacific cold.

Winds will increase though the morning hours. High pressure will

slide eastward turning winds from the north this evening to the

east Wednesday and southeast Wednesday night. This flow will begin

to return moisture to the area and patchy fog could return on

Friday with an increasing threat for fog Saturday.
