.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...

Winds will swing around to the east and southeast today into

tonight as high pressure over Texas weakens and moves eastward.

Persistent southerly winds on tap Thursday through Saturday with

the possibility of fog returning Saturday. A cold front should

move off the coast Sunday.
