A fresh to strong wind flow is expected tonight through early

Tuesday morning, resulting in building seas. Caution flags in

effect for this afternoon and Small Craft Advisories for tonight

through early Tuesday morning. Unsettled weather, and possibly

some fog offshore, is expected Tuesday through Thursday with upper

level disturbances moving overhead and a coastal trough situated

off the coast.
