.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...

Moderate easterly winds will start to relax this afternoon and

into the evening. They will gradually veer to the southeast early

in the week. This will set the stage for a return of sea fog as

warm air moves over the cooler shelf waters. The threat of sea fog

should persist early Tuesday until Saturday morning when the next

front is forecast to push off the coast.
