.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...
Winds and elevated seas across the offshore waters are expected to
decrease tonight as a warm front slowly moves onshore. As the
warmer air moves over the cooler shelf waters, sea fog will
continue to develop and should persist through the end of the
week. A cold front is expected to move across the region this
weekend, limiting fog development.
