.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...

Southeast winds early this morning will become south tonight and Friday

as high pressure moves off to the east. This onshore flow strengthens

at the end of the week and into the first part of the weekend. Caution

flags might be needed. Sea fog development is expected and some of it

could become dense. A cold front is expected to move off the coast Saturday

night or early Sunday morning with east winds developing in its wake.

Look for this easterly to southeasterly flow to strengthen early next

week.
