.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...

Strong onshore winds will continue through the early afternoon

hours and weaken late today. Scattered showers and thunderstorms

will move offshore this afternoon in association with a weak

boundary. This boundary will stall and there will be a chance at

sea fog forming again overnight into Thursday morning ahead of a

cold front. A stronger cold front is expected to arrive Thursday

afternoon with strengthening northerlies on Friday.
