.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...

A weak cold will just off the coast will continue to push offshore

early this morning. Offshore flow will weaken this afternoon and

a weak seabreeze will likely develop near the immediate coast.

High pressure over the region will east tonight with south and

southeasterly flow developing. The winds should increase Friday

and Saturday. Winds relax Monday before a cold front moves through

early Tuesday.
